I’m lucky enough to work with couples creating truly unique and personal ceremony scripts. Every script is creatively and thoughtfully tailored to capture the essence and individuality of the couple.

As your Wedding Celebrant I will work closely with you and get to know who you are as a couple, your personalities and the story behind your love.  I’ll ask you to answer some questions in the form of a questionnaire which I then use to craft, and write, from scratch, your very own personal love story which will become a unique ceremony just for you. My goal is always to create a meaningful and memorable ceremony, the magic happens from working closely with you to bring your stories to life. This process of getting to know you means that I can write a script that is full of warmth, joy, hope and humour and one that you and your family and friends will cherish and remember long after your wedding day.

In order to have the wedding of your dreams, you will want to consider the choice of your wedding venue, a formal wedding venue (with or without a licence), a castle, on a beach, by a river or in the garden of family or friends. The choices offer such exciting possibilities.

And that is only the beginning. There are so many beautiful and meaningful ceremonies and rituals that we can include in your wedding. You might choose to have a sand ceremony, handfasting, ring warming, lighting candle or sing. There are so many inspirational things that we can include, that’s  just part of the beauty of choosing a Celebrant to lead your wedding ceremony. It really will be unique to you. 

You can complete the legal elements separately for around £40 at a Register Office and then save the vows, rings and kiss for your ceremony day. Now that is exciting!

Whatever choices you make, I will be right beside you, from the initial conversation to the moment I say "Congratulations" on the day itself.

  • After your initial enquiry, I arrange an introduction meeting. This may be in person (face to face), online via Zoom, Facetime/Whatsapp or by telephone. This introduction gives me the opportunity to gather information and discuss ideas about the wedding ceremony of your dreams.

    To move to the detailed planning stage, I require a deposit to formally secure your preferred date. When the date is secured, we agree a wedding schedule detailing the timeline to deliver a beautiful bespoke ceremony, crafted to share your unique love story with your family and friends on your special day.

    I can provide ideas with regard to a broad range of music, poetry, readings and wedding rituals e.g. handfasting and jumping the broomstick!

    You have full approval of the written wedding ceremony script prior to your wedding day and I want to ensure that you feel secure in my hands for the ceremony so that you can enjoy the experience.

    From the early stages of planning to delivering your ceremony, I will be that familiar and friendly face who will be your guide and support you through the ceremony so it’s all you had hoped for and more. As a special keepsake of your ceremony, I will send you a beautiful copy of your wedding script, along with a wedding certificate.
