After your initial enquiry, I arrange an introduction meeting. This may be in person (face to face), online via Zoom, Facetime/Whatsapp or by telephone. This introduction gives me the opportunity to gather information and discuss ideas about your vow renewal ceremony.

To move to the detailed planning stage, I require a deposit to formally secure your preferred date. When the date is secured, we agree a schedule detailing the timeline to deliver a beautiful bespoke ceremony, crafted to share your unique love story with your family and friends on your special day.

As your renewal of vows celebrant, I will work with you in a similar way to how I would the first time around! I’ll get to know you and your personalities; I’ll want to know how you’ve made your marriage work and what you’ve learned from each other over the years and maybe how this has tested you. Your love story has transcended far beyond your wedding day now and so these are the best kind of love stories.

I can give you ideas on how to include family or friends, maybe a symbolic ritual, music, poetry or readings. You could reconfirm the meaning of your rings, (maybe even new rings?) You really have so much freedom here, the only limit is your imagination. 

I will custom write your vows for you to reaffirm your love and commitment to each other and of course say “we do!!” all over again.

You have full approval of the written script prior to the day of your vow renewal and I want to ensure that you feel secure in my hands for the ceremony so that you can enjoy the experience.

As a special keepsake of your ceremony, I will send you a beautiful presentation copy of your script.
